Our client is a platform of diagnostic imaging, and nuclear medicine centres focusing on the German, French, Italian and Spanish markets, starting with a seed network of 26 centres and one hospital in Germany, being already the 4th largest imaging network in Germany with over 1,300 employees.
As part of their development, they are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to support the growth of the company and the integration of acquisitions across Germany.
Hauptaufgaben
In the first months, the focus will be on improving transparency by implementing state-of-the-art monthly reporting and other financial processes (scorecards, forecast, budget) to support decision-making.
As you settle into this international potential position you will increasingly get involved with operational-related tasks, including billing as well as M&A .
Establish and maintain state-of-the-art controlling, reporting and finance processes to comply with local law and companies as well as group’s requirements
Organization and coordination of the company budget, forecasts, and financial long-term plans, in close coordination with the center management and doctors, and under the guidance of the European group and group CFO for our PE-shareholders
Ensure efficient data management and compilation from different sources
Interact and support peers from accounting, payroll, tax, public and private patient billing
Preparation of relevant decision papers for strategic and financial decisions on company and possibly country level
Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep dives on centers’ operative and financial performance
Support group-wide, finance-related projects and our business development team
Member of the German management team
The reporting line is to the group CFO.
Anforderungsprofil
We are looking for a hands-on team player who enjoys the dynamics and demands of an international fast-growing, entrepreneurial scale-up environment.
Position Profile
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or economics with majors Finance
You have gained first relevant professional experience in accounting, consolidation and / or controlling and have at least 5 years of experience in a finance department of an international group, with first experiences as responsible Finance Manager
It would be a plus, if you already have experience in healthcare sector given the specificities of KPIs
You are proficient in the MS Office package and database management and additionally preferably with some - Accounting software
FRS-knowledge is a plus
You have a strong technical knowhow and feel familiar with data processing
Preferably, you have some experience in the healthcare market
