Our client is global leader in the pharmaceutical industry
• In your role as Senior Global Business Partner you are responsible for Consulting the Business to improve the Performance in the areas of Procurement (e.g. direct materials and indirect materials) & External Supply Organization (ESO) as well as across GRT (including Forecasting)
• You act as a data driven business consultant for the respective areas
• You will be a part of the Leadership Teams within the Business areas and
• You support, challenge and advise the Business and acing as active Business Partner for the Head of Procurement and Head of ESO
• You support strategic Global Operations projects such as GO 2025 support in the area of your responsibility – challenge, support and advise
• Co-create / monitor / interpret / advise (on) Procurement and ESO KPI-System
• Planning & execution of Planning & Forecasting activities (including COGS calculation and analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting)
• Selected global Controlling activities
• University degree in Economics or comparable education
• More than 10 years of professional experience in controlling in an international environment - with focus on global supply chain, production and procurement
• Also has experience in Procurement & ESO ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Lead projects together with consulting companies
• Very good leadership and interpersonal skills with a communicative and result-oriented mindset
• Experience with Operational Excellence (Green to Black Belt)
• Already experience in leading people
• Profound Hands-On SAP knowledge by being able to create own queries
• Extraordinary in using of Data Analytics and process automation tool Alteryx and BI visualization software such as Qlik (preferred), Tableau or PowerBI.
• Profound knowledge in data analytics methodologies and data mining techniques.
• Basic knowledge auf Machine Learning concepts.
• Profound knowledge in Data Structuring and being able to discuss topics together with IT
• Fluent English language skills (written and oral), German or Spanish language skills are a plus
