The Senior Cloud Implementation Engineer will be working between the R&D and Customer Operations, and will be responsible for the technical aspects of customer interactions and deployments.

Hauptaufgaben

• Act as a Tech Expert and support overall project implementation

• Integrate user data and boost user experience

• Build solution and the best user experience on AWS

• System (AWS or on-prem) installation and configuration (AWS VPC/ALB/EC2)

• Manage network connectivity (VPN) between customer and AWS

• Digital Pathology integration and workflow setup with customers

• System management (system monitoring and upgrades)

• Support customer deployments (technical validation, system usage, drive adoption, correlate the customer requirements with the solution)

Anforderungsprofil

• 2+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering (networking, monitoring, system configuration, installation/deployment of complex Cloud-based software)

• Good knowledge of Linux, Python/Bash/similar script language

• Customer-focused and 'Hands-on' approach

• Good English
