Developing and reviewing individual position evaluations and compensation proposals.
Participation in the annual salary review process for the leadership team and corporate functions.
Responsibility for the management of the Company’s long-term incentive (LTI) plans.
Managing the annual grant processes (incl. preparation of management board material) as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes.
Communication with LTI plan participants and the management of the Company´s external service provider for LTI plan administration .
Collaboration and close exchange with C&B counterparts in the regions and global divisions make this role specifically interesting.
Closely working with Company’s experts from Corporate Controlling & Accounting, Legal, Compliance or Investor Relations on all related C&B matters.
Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other areas.
In-depth C&B expertise, covering job evaluation, compensation benchmarking and –ideally– also long-term incentives.
A strong analytical mind-set and the proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Beyond this, you like to take initiative, are highly self-reliant and have a passion for finding ways to improve existing processes.
Excellent English and German language skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment.
